How does this work?
Simple: sign up using the form on our website and we will email you surveys. When you complete a survey with a reward, you will receive an email from Tango Card providing your reward. Currently, you can choose gift cards from hundreds of retailers.

How much does it cost me?
You will never be charged for anything and we will never ask for your banking or credit card information.

How do I take surveys?
We will email you new surveys as they are published. Surveys can be taken on any device, such as a desktop computer, tablet, or smartphone.

When do I get paid?
When you complete a survey with a reward, you will receive an email from Tango Card, usually within an hour, providing a link to your reward. We must provide our partner Tango Card with your email address so that you can be connected to your rewards. Surveys must be completed in order to receive a reward. If you’re unable to complete a survey, you’re not eligible to receive a reward for that survey – even if it’s not your fault.

Where do I take the surveys?
Surveys are emailed directly to you as soon as they are published, keep an eye out!

Why do you ask for my address and birth year at sign up?
We need to confirm you are a real person before we send you rewards and use your opinions to inform our customers. Both of these things require us to know that one real person is on the other side of the screen. We will never share your personal information with 3rd parties who want to sell directly to you and will never ask for your banking or credit card information.

Who will have access to my personal information?
Pretty much no one. We never share any of your personal information with our clients or any other 3rd party - except we do give your email address to Tango Card so that they can send you rewards.

I want to opt out of emails, how do I do that?
Email support@radialinsight.com with the subject line “Unsubscribe” and we’ll remove you from any further communication.

I tried to register to take a survey but it says I’m ineligible, why is that?
There could be a number of reasons, including your geographic location, invalid information being entered or your email or IP address may already be registered in our system. You can try emailing us at support@radialinsight.com if you have questions when trying to sign up.

I completed a survey that was eligible for a reward and I haven’t received an email with a reward code. What should I do?
Please check the junk/spam/trash folder of your email. We do our best, sometimes emails find their way to these folders instead of your inbox. If you are still having trouble locating the email, send us an email at support@radialinsight.com and a member of our team will investigate the issue.
